Been living here for 5 years and I have to say its one of the best apartments in the area. Clean apartments and nice maintenance team. The people in the office is very polite and helpful. They stay renovating to keep it looking nice. The laundry room is excellent plus a spacious fitness center. If you have a family it plenty of options to chose from like basketball courts, volleyball court, Tennis court, big playground and multiple BBQ locations. I have to give it 5 stars.

I just moved in and love it here! All the staff is the most friendly, understanding and professional office staff I have had in and apartment office. We put a work order in and the maintenance guy was here the same day to do it. They keep everything really clean and welcoming. The staff was even giving out ice cream to everyone in the office last week. That is so awesome, I have never had such wonderful service at my apartments. I would highly recommend Valencia Park!

Have lived here for just about a year in a studio apartment. The grounds are clean, the office staff is great, the complex is relatively quiet, convenient location if you have a car. Great place for the price.

Newly moved in. I've lived here for one week. But being my first place living alone. This is a very nice apartment complex. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I absolutely love that they take the time to talk with each person. Thus far, I'm happy about this choice.
